A Little About Jeff H.

Jeff Hayward is the Career Transition Coordinator and works on-site at the Boxelder Job Corps Center. He has a long history working with organizations whose missions involve the encouragement and growth of young people.

A longtime member of the Boy Scouts of America, Jeff served as a youth leader on many levels through the years including being elected as the 2004 National Chief (President).

In recent years, he has been involved with America’s Promise Alliance, an organization founded by Gen. Colin Powell (Ret.), which works to make the youth of our nation a top priority. Most recently, Jeff worked as the High School Dropout Coordinator for America’s Promise, spearheading efforts to curb the silent epidemic in America, where 1/3 of all students do not complete their High School education.
